ENCOUNTER CONDITIONS ON NOVEMBER 18, 2001
Earth from the perspective of the Leonid shower on
November 18, 2001. Best viewing is near the center of
the image, on the dark night-time side, with lower
rates but longer meteor
tracks towards the edges of the image. Calculate the
expected Leonid shower meteor rate for your own
observing site here.
