(meteorobs) Fireball over Anaheim, CA,USA
I promise to send a report to IMO with some detail, but I am so excited I
just have to tell you. Saw a fireball at least one-third the size of the
moon, with wide trail, white, arch between Cassiopeia and Polaris. About
22:20 UT (10:20 PST), 9/30-10/1, no sound. Considering that with the lights
from Disneyland and the brightness of the moon I could see almost no stars
... it was astounding. I hope someone else in Southern California saw it too.
