Mostly yes. Best if to choose an anambiguous way to write the
distribution:

 -2  -1  0  1  2  3 
  -   1  2  2  1  -

or

 -2  -1  0  1  2  3 
  0   1  2  2  1  0

even if the columns do not match, it will be easy to recognize
the positions.
