That is fine on my end Wayne. In fact, I followed that format for years in
my own reports to Rainer, and it is how the NAMN blank form was set up to
operate. Btw, the option of having an online form, as suggested by Sid, has
been discussed several times in the past. Due to the way online forms work,
and the restrictions of my previous Internet provider, we were not able to
feature one at our old website. But I believe that restriction is no longer
a concern at our new website. Stay tuned!.........
