Sorry Chris,
I leave for my Leonid trip in 1 hour after I close up the telescope.
A small difference in time of a few minutes makes essentially no difference,
a few days certainly does but that is beside the point.  If they don't
have the precise orbital period they can't be meteors in the Earth's
atmosphere.

I questioned whether to send expecting such a response as to express it
more clearly would require time I don't have.  It was necessary to at
least make a statement to correct a totally false perception of the nature
of the model.  There are the original papers going back to 1985 and
they should be read.
