Right now it looks cloudy and rainy on the East Coast for 11/17-18...but, given
the accuracy of 10+ day forecasting, perhaps that's a good sign...

As we get closer I'll try to forecast cloud cover for the East Coast in more
detail..I personally will drive the day of up to 500 miles N, S, or W from where
I am (Delmarva Peninsula of Maryland.)
