(meteorobs) Error message at the NASA Leonid site

Hello All:

After reading Ron Baalke's message on teh Leonids I went to the
NASA sites below but get these error messages;

http://www-space.arc.nasadot gov/~leonid/
http://www-space.arc.nasadot gov/~leonid/estimator.html

I'm not sure who to contact about them.
=================================================

Resource not found

This is a sample customized error message.

The following tags are supported:

     %c inserts the error code (i.e. 404)
     %r inserts the error reason (i.e. Resource not found)
     %r inserts the server version (i.e. OmniHTTPd/2.08)
     %e inserts the administration email address (i.e.
<mboldt@mail.arc.nasadot gov>)
     %% inserts a percent sign (i.e. %)

If you are a Javascript master, it should be pretty easy to use conditionals to
make customized screens for different error codes.
Note that SSI directives are not processed in the error template. You can find
this file, ERROR.TEMP, in your executable
directory (default is C:\HTTPD)
