Pleas note that this way of period boundaries is confusing.
Use
  0950-0955
  0955-1000
  1000-1005

in terms of Teff. the above would be
  5min + 4 min + 4min = 13 min
but it is actually 15 min. So I guess you see what I mean. One-minute
periods are accordingly
  0950-0951
  0951-0952
  0952-0953
 and always mean from 
  0950:00 - 0951:00
  0951:00 - 0952:00
and so forth.
