Re: (meteorobs) Leonid Flux Data

Hello all,

It is dawn here at the 40-inch dome on Mount Lemmon, Arizona, and we are
all going down to the dorm for some sleep. The Leonids were not great
performers this night, with ZHR's generally aroung 15-18 m/hr, but with a
small hump up to 22-24 m/hr around 1030 UT and another of about the same
size at dawn. The shower did appear to be a bit heavy on the bright side
(although not significantly so), and the morning was topped off by a single
-8 Leonid fireball with a persistant train. Not a bad way to end the work
day.

Best regards,

Jim Richardson
