I don't know why you can't reach the page, it works on this end (and for a
lot of other people, too). Perhaps it's the heavy traffic, I don't know.
Maybe you should try with another computer? Otherwise, for infos, just check
spaceweather.com's photo tips page:

Hello. I've tried several times to get this website but no luck
here's what pops up when I click on the link:
404: Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server. The file may
have been deleted, renamed or is temporarily not available.
Wish I could have gotten it; I'd like to get info on photographing.
