Very good weather conditions with some high tin clouds. Until 4.04 UT field
of view centered in Auriga and between Auriga and Aldebaran. After 4.04 UT field
of view centered between Ursa Major and Auriga. ZHR increase observed towards
the end of night. ZHR is computed only as an approximate value, with r=2 and
no correction for radiant elevation. Observed meteor groupings of 3-4 meteors
within 10-20 seconds and large time gaps between. Two bright Leonids (fireballs)
observed with -6 mg. The first fireball appeared at 2:00 UT with 1 min persistent
trail and the second one at 4:33 UT with 10 min persistent trail distorted in
time (high altitude winds). Relatively high number of bright meteors. ZHR is
calculated only roughly with no correction for radiant elevation (z=1) and with
population index r=2.
