I haven't prepared my report, yet, but I agree with an apparent peak.
Between 5:27 EST (10:27UT) and 5:45 I counted by the minute, looking
to the North.  One problem, though, may have been that fog was
developing and the visibility dropped considereably after this, for
my site at Weiser State Forest.

10:27-10:28 - 14 Leo
10:28-10:29 - 15 Leo
10:29-10:30 - 15 Leo
10:30-10:31 - 19 Leo
10:31-10:32 - 10 Leo
10:32-10:33 -  6 Leo
10:32-10:33 - 17 Leo
10:32-10:34 - 6 Leo
10:34-10:35 - 11 Leo
