From: Casper ter Kuile <casper.ter.kuile@xs4alldot nl>

Hi to all,

Meteor observers in China at the Xinglong Observatory observed the Leonid
meteor shower.
Preliminary results are:
Minute counts toppet at 40 meteors per minute at around 18:15 UT.
The started with nice earth grazers.
Many bright fireballs were observed.
The peak seemed broader than expected because minute counts from 17 till
twilight at 21:30 UT was greater than 10.
The shower was observed from four stations and all photographic an d
video-equipment functioned flawlessly.
