(meteorobs) Video of the storm over China: On the Web and Reuters!

One of the stations for this week's Sino-Dutch Leonid
2001 Expedition in China, the team in the village of
Ban Shan, 50 km from Xinglong Observatory, uploaded a
broad selection of video they recorded from the incr-
edible meteor storm we witnessed in China last night.

You can find their "meteor storm video" at:

Pictures from the camera arrays of the DMS team are
also being scanned for upload on that site soon. In
addition DMS members at the Ban Shan station, Robert
Haas and Michael Vanderputte, were interviewed by the
Reuters News Service for international distribution,
while the storm was happening! That was broadcast to
outlets around the world at 11am Chinese time today,
03:00 UT or 10pm Eastern time last night. Please look
for this report to be rebroadcast today.

this, currently on meteor #2194...
