You are referring to the other dust trail encounter -- that from 1866.
That is scheduled to interact with Earth at around 5:30 a.m. EST on November
19. The Moon will be near the western horizon, while the Leonid radiant is
approaching the meridian. That encounter will be visible across North
America (although twilight may interfere along the East Coast). The first
dust trail encounter (that of 1767) will only be available to those in
Northeast US (as well as those in western and central Europe).
