===========================================================================

SUMMARY of your Observing Session:
Observed Leonids from 0200-0300 PST (1000-1100 UT).
Frequency was about 1 every 5 seconds. Spectacular!
About 1 out of 8 were bright fireballs, leaving green trails lasting 10-30
seconds. Some meteors appeared in close pairs, or in rapid succession in close
proximity. Observed a VERY bright fireball about 0250 PST (1050 UT), located
south of Leo and=20 east of Canis Major. The trail lasted about 3 minutes (naked
eye) and observed by binoculars an addtional 2-3 minutes as it distorted its
shape into a curl. Also observed from 0500-0530 PST (1300-1330 UT). Frequency
about 1 every 20 seconds. Observed one Very Bright fireball about 0520 PST that
produced an "instananeous" flash which illuminated the sky and caused shadows.
This was located southeast of Leo.
