Hi all,

This was discussed rather extensively around May: search for messages
concerning eta Lyrids in the list archive. The low level annual stream
connected to I-A-A exists and is called eta Lyrids, with a maximum at May 9-10.
There are even several of them in the IAU photographic database, so no doubt
the stream is real. DMS members have observed low level visual activity for
several years now.

This stream is suspect to be able to give outbursts of 'far comet type' similar
to the Lyrids, alpha Monocerotids and Aurigids, according to Jenniskens.
