As one new to this can some one explain to me, some people talk UT time,
others talk local time.
Living in Fairbanks Alaska 00:00 UT to 04:00 UT =3:00PM to 7:00PM is this
the expected max time or is midnight to 04:00am local time the expected max?
The weather man is calling for -30 to -40 F. Thursday and Friday so I would
like the best time to see the most as I freeze. :-)
Thanks and my Grandson thanks you we have saw about 10-15 this week.
