(meteorobs) Size of Meteoroid and Light Flashes on the Moon

Does anyone know what the minimum size (mass) a meteoroid must be to make it through the earth's
atmosphere to the ground? I would think it would be dependent upon entry speed and angle of attack.

Someone told me that during the Leonid shower that light flashes were detected on the dark side of
the moon, and they might be from meteoroids striking the moon. Anyone know anything about that?
