I talked with a Sony tech and they said you couldn't download straight from
the camera to the PC.  (Bummer) They did say you can cut and paste the
images from the chip to the PC, so that would be rather quick and avoid
having to erase to chip.
3 min. worth of exposures, switch chips, download, 12 min.exposures,
ect.ect.  Thinking a image intensifier for the old camcorder would be lots
easier.
