RE: (meteorobs) Leonids 2002???

Our present (these may change before November, but I expect no much)
predictions for the year 2002 can be found at the Finnish URSA astronomical
association, meteor section page at:

http://www.ursa.fi/ursa/jaostot/meteorit/leoeng02.html

I know of no encouters that can give storms in the coming years after this
year. Besides the predicted weak level encouter(s) in 2003 and the predicted
weak two rev. encounters in 2006 and 2007 there seem to be some non-good
encounters with oldish matherial around 2007-2009 (I recall). Details on
these have not been worked out, but I expect that maybe 'only' around
Perseid level outbursts may happen then.

I was wondering if anyone has seen any predictions for the 2002 Leonids?
Any chance this could be better than 2001?

I was also wondering if there is some chance that 2003 or beyond could
compare to 2001... or if that is just hopeful thinking...

Thanks for any thoughts-

Mark
