Re: (meteorobs) Re: meteorobs-digest V4 #895

My name is Rick Elliott. I hope you don't mind me answering your e-mail
post.

My wife and I live in Lake Arrowhead on a mountain in California. We
(or rather she) home school our youngest four children. We also live
near an observatory. My wife signed the family as mebers to the
astronomy club.

I wish I had done something earlier like that. I rememeber that when I
was a kid astronomy was a facination for me.

We all heard a lecture from a well known astrophysicist about
meteoriods and such. Wow! Now my kids and I are full blown meteor
hunters. I even bought a GPS so we don't get lost.

Thanks for your post.
