Hello Robert,

Thanks for giving the details of your observation. Please note
that an observation needs a measure for the Limiting Magnitude.
The Bortle scale has no direct link to a faintest star visible.
For reduction of data, the LM will be needed.

The format for meteor reports should be like that below.
At http://www.imodot net/visual/online/findsite.html you
can even look up the closest site code used by the IMO
in the world-wide meteor database. Your observer's code
will probably MORRB. But these codes are not essential for
report forms. Important is the format, if you wish to have
your report included in further analyses.
