(meteorobs) More about past Lyrids



Hi,

Two friends of mine showed me their observations of the Lyrids
last April 21-22. For whatever it's worth, I just thought I'd share
them here, even if it's two weeks late! :)

Observers: Gladys Rachel A. Pia and her brother Tristan John A. Pia
Location: Tagkawayan, Quezon Province, Philippines.

Time is in Philippine Standard Time (UT+800)

April 21
2:30-3:30am Lyrids - 28, Sporadic - 9, Bolide - 3
3:30-4:00am Lyrids - 5, Sporadic - 7, Bolide - 1
Clear cloudless skies Milky way visible

April 22
2:30-3:30am Lyrids - 45, Sporadic - 20, Bolide - 3
3:30-4:00am Lyrids - 6, Sporadic - 1, Bolide - 0
4:00-4:30am Lyrids - 6, Sporadic - 4, Bolide - 1
Clear cloudless skies Milky way visible
