Hi Thomas,

I think you refer to the eta Lyrids and Sirko's call for observations,
meteors from comet IRAS-Araki-Alcock. Maximum is tonight, May 9-10. Meteors
of this shower have a velocity of 44 km/s, comparable to Quadrantids. The
radiant is at the Lyra/Cygnus border, RA 288, dec +44. Expect to see a few
meteors/hour at best. The maximum ZHR is somewhere between 5 and 7, based on
data from 10 years of observations by Koen Miskotte, Peter Jenniskens, Carl
Johannink and me. There are 4 meteors of this stream in the IAU photographic
orbit database.
