This recommendation is contained in a hilarious article by B. Berman in
the August issue of Astronomy (p. 88-9) - while containing some grave
errors (such as P. Jenniskens' predictions for the 2001 Leonids having
been the best or mixing up meteors and meteoroids) the article has
many great hints for beginning meteor observers.
