Octavian and All,

 From Indonesia, your best rates would occur in the last dark hour 
before dawn on Tuesday August 13. The rates will not be impressive from 
your location as the Perseid radiant will not rise very high in your 
tropical sky. You do have the chance of seeing some impressive 
"earthgrazers" when the radiant lies close to the horizon during the 
early morning hours.
