(meteorobs) 8/11-12/2002 Perseids from Vancouver Washington
Another Perseid report below:
But first another highlight of the night's observing:
At 2:40 am local time I was able to watch the tri-satellites that fly in
formation. They formed a slightly distorted isosceles triangle with a
few degrees angular seperation. They moved together in formation from
overhead to the North-East
If you want to know more about satellites in formation do a search of
the old Meterobs posts for SB-WASS and/or NOSS 2-1 (C-E)
(I don't know which satellite group I saw this morning - too many
hobbies - aaaarrrgggh)
