(meteorobs) Observation August 13/14 (KACJA)

Hi All!

We missed the Perseids' peak because of the bad weather. The
clouds were thinner in the beginning and we could see a few
brighter meteors. Later it started to rain and we were forced to
return into the cottage.
The next night was clear so we couls follow the decsending activity
from the Persieds. I observed for 5.5 hours teff and recorded 251
meteors, 181 of them were Perseids. The brightest meteor of the
night was a -5 magnitude Perseid fireball that left a 6 second train
in Capricornus.
I also photographed the activity, hoping to catch a double station
meteor with our colleagues about 100 km to the west.

Clear skies!
Javor
