Space. com says that in US , the peak will be at 2-3 am in East and 12 midnight out west. It is said that the best places are in the mountains where humidity will not add to the hazy conditions of the bright moon. Some are planning to go to Mountains of North Carolina. 

What are good suggested places in New England or are there good spots around the Atlanta area?
