Are the estimator's values with moonlight factored in?  When I 
compare the estimator's calculated rates for Dallas, Texas, with
Cooke's "Jenniskens" prediction for Houston, the estimator yields 
about three times the rate per hour.  Cooke's graphs clearly state 
that they have moonlight factored in.  So I'm wondering about the
3-to-1 difference, since both are the Jenniskens-model predictions.
(I believe that Dallas and Houston should have very similar rates.)
