RE: (meteorobs) A link an article on the Bodaibo/Vitim event in Siberia

I found this site a fascinating read. Thanks, Andrei.

If you'd like the site translated, go here first
http://www.translate.ru/eng/srvurl.asp

put in the site below, select russian-english translation (or whatever your
native language is--there are several combinations), and there you go. It
does a pretty decent job considering how completely different Russian
sentence structure is from English or French sentence structure.

ps. okay, okay... sometimes the translation doesn't come out quite right
and can actually be very humorous, but that's part of the joy of technology!

Dear All,

Those of you who are interested in the Bodaibo/Vitim bolide event in Siberia
could read the story:
http://wwwdot itogi.ru/paper2002.nsf/Article/Itogi_2002_11_05_12_0018.html
(and you could just look at pictures, if you don't read Russian).

Best wishes,
Andrei Ol'khovatov
