When I'm outside for extended periods in cold weather, I wear in the
following order:
full-body china silk underwear www.sportsmansguide.com
foam thermals, www.sportsmansguide.com
regular clothes,
athletic polyester warmup pants and jackets,
china silk balaclava www.sportsmansguide.com
water-proof boots
wool gloves and hat
and finally a coat.
Cold, bad. Warmth, good.
