Greetings to all!
There has been a mid latitude aurora warning posted
- effective immediately. When the sky gets dark (and if the clouds ever
clear) go out to a dark spot and have a look south (or north for the Northern
hemisphere viewers).
Also, the sun has just produced a fairly powerful
flare and associated CME which, at first look, seems to be heading our
way...
I will keep you posted on the expected arrival
time... (probably within the next 24-36 hours)
