(meteorobs) Possible Ursid Mini-Outburst
Due to the possibility that I may have seen an unpredicted Ursid
mini-outburst on the night of Dec. 21/22, 2002, I am listing my hour
of observation, with 5 min. bins.

Note: Seven of the Nine Ursids seen were seen in the twenty minute
period from 23:04 to 23:24 UT. As mentioned before, four Ursids
were seen at 23:20 UT.
