(meteorobs) error in Geminid time in RASC Handbook 2003
I would like to alert meteor observers to an error in the time listed
for the Geminids in the Meteors section in the RASC Observer's
Handbook for 2003. It should give 14h UT instead of 4h UT. The
solar longitude value and date and other entries are correct as
published. My apology for not catching this mistake.
