The 7th Announcement

This is 7th announcement of Quadrantid FLASH by the international
project for radio meteor observation.
Almost observing stations caught Quadrantid peak around 20:00 -
22:00UT 3rd. This is earier than annual prediction. But the peak of
long echoes numbers were around 21:00UT - 23:00UT 3rd. Also,
some 28MHz observing stations in Japan did not catch the high
increasing of activity like other high frequencies' observations.

The participating station is 126 stations in 23 countries now.
