Dear list,

I have heard from a novice observer that he saw nearly 30 meteors coming from the area of Cepheus-Cygnus-Lacerta. The time of observation was around 4:00 UT of 20th of February, around dawn here in Athens, Greece, from where he observed.I don't have any more details.

Has anyone observed something similar? I repeat that he is novice and maybe his report is not so valid..
