Oh, sorry, it seemed I forgot the most important information.  ;-P
The date for this event was February 25/26. China uses local time in +8 time
zone, so, the precise time in UT should be February 25th, 23h14m to 15m.

Tianjin is a port in north China, on the west coast of Pacific. The east to
that city was the sea, i'm afraid no observer there...
Both Beijing and Tianjin has population over 10 million, and 07h15m was just
in the rush hours. So, perhaps we can find more witnesses (?).
