This is utter nonsense. Viruses are species-specific agents which, due to their highly optimized protein/lipid coats and nucleic acid sequences, are able to attach to cell surface molecules and infect cells. Their DNA or RNA contains transcriptional controlling elements and coding sequences for enzymes that take over the normal host cellular machinery and allow replication of the virus at high copy numbers.

The odds that some random organic molecules from space would possess all these precise properties is nil.
