(meteorobs) no June Bootid from Greece..
Hello to all !
I observed on the nights of 26/27 and 27/28,
for 1.17 and 2.35 Teff hours respectively. I recorded no June Bootid
but the lm was very poor... (4.5 on 26/27 and only 4 on 27/28) due to the
heavilly light polluted sky of Athens.
The activity included:
on 26/27:a SAG
fireball of -8mag! It appeared around 20:02 very
close to alpha Canes Venatici and travelled 20deg(?) in a NW direction. It was
slow and lasted 2-2.5 sec. Its colour was white to yellow. It brightened once
more before ending.I did not notice any fragmentation.
on 27/28:only 4
