Thanks, Huan, for the additional report of the critical time of 
June Bootid activity.  There is something else, I would like to 
share with the observers' community. The sporadic hourly rate of 
this period is 77, while it is expected to be of the order of 10-15.
It looks like a systematic error is creeping into the observation.
I think it is essential that observers keep an eye on their records
for deviations from what's possible. A high-perception observer
may see rates of 20-30, but I still think 77 is at the high end.
Something must go wrong here.
