Who is the Sacred Traveler?   The historical answer is anyone who has left their hearth and home to journey in strange lands.  The story of the 'Good Samaritan' touches on this concept.  And of course such historical figures as Jesus, and the Buddha are primary examples of Sacred Travelers who left their comfort zone on behalf of others.  In the modern world   the Sacred Traveler is anyone who leaves their comfort zone for the purpose of being of service to others.  This may be service to family, such as a parent going off to work to provide support for their children or possibly a store clerk going out of his or her way to help the weary tourist with a road map.    If each one of us reached out to help just one other person the journey through the earth forest would be an experience of ecstasy.   In honor of all Sacred Travelers Jill has composed the following prayer for the human heart.

May the light of our being transform fear into
Compassion and aggression into Peace.
With Joy we celebrate the spark that unites us.
As one flame we burst into brilliance
and shall not be extinguished.

How did you determine it was "below the clouds"?
