(meteorobs) Observation on August 10/11, 2003

Just a quick note.

I went to Xinglong yesterday and made one hour's observation after moonset.
The report is as below.
The weather was partly couldy on the night.

In addition, i paid attention to the critical LM of the visibility of the
milky way. When i could see 3 stars and 2 stars in #2 and #17 area, the
milky way disappeared. The corresponding LM was about 3.10.
I hope i may have a better time with no cloud to retry to determine the
visibility, since the weather was just so-so last night and not ideal.

Now, i've left for western Beijing for observations tonight. The moon is
fairly bright at the moment, and i am planning to start my observation
later.
