(meteorobs) August 22/23, 2003 meteor observation from Slovenia
Last Friday night I observed again from the mountains. I started at 23:20
local under LM 6.5 sky. At midnight I decided to take a break to have a
look at Mars at 100x through a 25-cm telescope. Unfortnately the clouds
covered the sky during this break and I could not resume observations.
Thus, only 30 minutes of effective time were possible that night. I
plotted 6 meteors, two of them were shower members. There was one Kappa
Cygnid and the other was a Northern Iota Aquarid.
Clear skies!
