    I for one got a great chuckle out of that site and forwarded a link to
our local astronomy group as "the pictures even Fox TV wouldn't show", they
too being co-conspirators of course.

    I got so sick of answering questions about the "hoax" at the Observatory
that summer that I printed off the substantial rebuttal from Phil Plait's
badastronomy.com page and suggested to the doubting Thomases to "read this
and I'll answer any questions you have left."

    This is one of those questions which can easily be answered by the
principle of Occam's razor: would it be easier to actually land on the Moon,
or to fake it and keep everybody quiet? I choose door # 1. regards, Bruce
