(meteorobs) no outburst of 2003 Draconids from Romania
I did visual observations, I saw no outburst of 2003 Draconids.

Meteors:
2 possible GIA (+1* and +4.5)
2 TAU (+3 and +3.5)
3 Spor (+1, +2 and +2.5)
* its "radiant" was ~ 7-8 degrees to North that the given GIA radiant
position
