(meteorobs) [FLASH-3rd] Draconids by radio project

Hello all,

-------------------------------------------------------
The International Project for Radio Meteor Observation
    FLASH of 2003 Draconids - 3rd Announcement -
               (2003.Oct.08 15:40UT)
-------------------------------------------------------

After 2nd announcement of Draconids, I received more
reports. I received some FLASH reports as following.
Thank you for many reports !

Toshihide MIYAKE (Japan), Masayoshi UEDA (Japan),
Nishi-Harima Observatory (Japan), Sadao OKAMOTO (Japan),
Yasuhiro YOSHIKAWA (Japan), Kazuyuki NAGAO (Japan),
   University of Tsukuba[Hiroshi OGAWA] (Japan),
   Dirk Artoos (Belgium), Jaroslav Grna(Yugoslavia),
Valter Gennao(Italy), Dave Swan (UK), Jeff Brower (USA)
   Michael Boschat(Canada)

From these reports, clear Draconid outburst was not
caught. And I wrote "small increase" in the previous
announcement. One of our members suggests this activity
may be Sextentids. Yes, it has that possibility fully.
Many observing stations caught small increase of meteor
echoes since 6th Oct. I research this possibility by using
reflection area of radio meteor observation.
