(meteorobs) Possible Hermid?

Last night, while observing some variable stars from my backyard in Honolulu, I observed a fairly slow, short yellow mag. 2 meteor drop straight down in the east from Eridanus to Lepus. At the time, I just remember thinking it came from a peculiar direction, and I assumed it was a SPO. I looked briefly for signs of any other activity but really didn't see much. Several minutes later I thought I saw a flash of another meteor out of the corner of my eye while I was looking towards my scope. It could have come from the same general direction in Cetus. Anyway, I didnt note the time(!), but I guess the one I saw was somewhere between 0900 and 1000UT on Nov. 1 Its start point about 0430-15, end point 0515-20.

When I reviewed the email listings today, I realized this meteor very well matched the expected time and radiant (0238+04) listed as possible meteors from the recovered Hermes! Really unfortunate I didnt make a note of this before I went out last night :(
