It seems that perhaps 1991 was enhanced as well?

I recall a glance outside the window in the late evening of November 2, 
and by luck a long mag -2 Taurid was seen.  Then headed outside for a 
quick 20 min meteor watch lying down on the ground with mag 5.6 - 5.7 
skies had two more Taurids.  One of them was a slow moving mag -5 or so 
blue fireball with a terminal flash near the zenith.
